České Vrbné is the perfect spot for your first white water experience Excited to try white water rafting for the very first time but lacking skills?
The Vltava River around the town of České Vrbné is the right place to go

No one will ever ask you what you have nearly achieved or almost accomplished. If you’ve always dreamt of giving white water rafting a try but never gotten round to it, hesitate no further and head for České Vrbné, a town a few kilometres north of Budweis. You’re going to improve your raft steering skills so much that you will get courage to sail down the Vltava River from the Lipno lake all the way to the famous cascade by the town of Loučovice (probably the best white water in the Czech Republic).
Whether you choose to go to České Vrbné with your family, friends or as part of a corporate team building event, Tomáš Kobes, a slalom canoeist that competed at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, will see to your safety and ensure an unforgettable experience as a guide and instructor. You’re going to hear lots of tried-and-true tips and hacks.

A 90-minute ride costs CZK 4,000 incl. all equipment. There must be a minimum of 4 persons in the raft.
